You can phone us on 0208 2934600.and place a request for a transaction. We will let you know the applicable exchange rate and the total amount payable. Payments can be made to our account by CHAPS or BACS. Please ensure you quote your name and currency type required in the reference field. On receipt of cleared funds, we will notify you by telephone. Your order can then be collected in person or it can be delivered to you.

Once cleared funds have been received, we will notify you via email. Your order can then be collected or will be dispatched to you and we will notify you subsequent to the order being dispatched.

You may be required to produce proof of ID for some transactions. Two forms of ID will be required, one of which must be photographic.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
Photo ID – Current passport, Driving License or Identity Card
Secondary ID – Utility Bill, Council Tax Bill or Bank Statement (please note these must be dated within three months of submission of registration form)
